OPERATION THOOFAN 2.0

As part of ‘Operation Thoofan 2.0’, a joint initiative of the Kerala Police and the Local Self-Government Department aimed at completely preventing the spread and use of narcotic substances, Koipuram Grama Panchayat and Koipuram Police Station jointly conducted the ‘Operation Thoofan 2.0’ public awareness programme on 28/09/2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grama Panchayat Conference Hall.
The meeting was presided over by Smt. Jaya R., Vice President of Koipuram Grama Panchayat. Sri. Varghese Eapen, President of Koipuram Grama Panchayat, hoisted the Thoofan Flag, inaugurated the programme, and distributed badges to those selected as ‘Thufan Warriors’.
Sri. Anoop P., SHO, Koipuram Police Station, conducted the Thoofan awareness session.
